Klyashtorny Serves As Faculty Member At Course On Title Issues

Natalie Klyashtorny served as a faculty speaker at a continuing legal education seminar sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute called “Quiet Title: A Puzzle Worth Solving.”

During the half-day seminar, Klyashtorny and other faculty members from the bench and bar discussed the process by which one can clear the cloud sometimes encumbering title on real estate, as well as issues involving adverse possession, lease purchases, and mortgage satisfaction.


Klyashtorny Selected As A “Super Lawyer”

In 2017, for the third year in a row, Natalie Klyashtorny has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” in Pennsylvania as a business trial lawyer.

The selections for this list are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, which is a service of the Thomson Reuters, Legal. Each year, the research team at Super Lawyers undertakes a selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.

Each year, only 5% of attorneys practicing law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania receive this recognition.

During the seminar, he pointed out about what happens during the eviction process from both the perspective of a landlord and a tenant.

Klyashtorny Will Serve Another Term As An Officer Of The Philadelphia Bar Association

Natalie Klyashtorny was re-elected as Assistant Treasurer of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

As Assistant Treasurer, Klyashtorny will assist in monitoring the income and expenditures of the Philadelphia Bar Association, in accounting for all moneys and securities received and for all payments made on behalf of the Philadelphia Association, and in exercising general supervision over all financial activities of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

The Philadelphia Bar Association, the oldest association of attorneys in the United States, provides guidance and professional support for attorneys, judges law students, and public officials on legal issues, and facilitates legal assistance and education to residents of the city of Philadelphia.
