The USATF-sanctioned race is a major fundraiser for the community organization, Friends of Eastern State Penitentiary Park. This volunteer-run organization maintains the park area that surrounds Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Natalie Klyashtorny served as a faculty speaker at a continuing legal education seminar sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute called “Quiet Title: A Puzzle Worth Solving.”
During the half-day seminar, Klyashtorny and other faculty members from the bench and bar discussed the process by which one can clear the cloud sometimes encumbering title on real estate, as well as issues involving adverse possession, lease purchases, and mortgage satisfaction.

In 2017, for the third year in a row, Natalie Klyashtorny has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” in Pennsylvania as a business trial lawyer.
The selections for this list are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, which is a service of the Thomson Reuters, Legal. Each year, the research team at Super Lawyers undertakes a selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.
Each year, only 5% of attorneys practicing law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania receive this recognition.

Today, Alan Nochumson served as a faculty speaker at a Continuing Legal Education seminar sponsored by Sterling Education Services, Inc. entitled “Landlord-Tenant Law: From Lease to Eviction”.
During the seminar, he pointed out about what happens during the eviction process from both the perspective of a landlord and a tenant.
