Natalie Klyashtorny
Natalie Klyashtorny is Of Counsel to Nochumson P.C., where her practice focuses in employment and labor law and commercial and general business law, including business and contract disputes, commercial disparagement, libel and slander, First Amendment and media law.
In addition to litigating in both state and federal courts, Klyashtorny also counsels and represents individuals and small and medium-sized businesses in commercial transactions. Klyashtorny is the author of a weekly electronic newsletter, Case of the Mondays, about current developments in the area of employment law, and a frequent lecturer and author on legal topics affecting small and medium-sized businesses and individuals.
In 2007 and 2008, Klyashtorny was named by Philadelphia Magazine as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star.


Klyashtorny is active within the legal community, having been appointed by Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor Scott Cooper to serve as Co-Chair of its Solo and Small Firm Management Committee for 2010. In 2005, she served as the Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division, overseeing numerous professional development and community service committees and authoring a monthly column on issues of relevance to the legal community. During her term in office, she created "Philadelphia 2020", an ongoing initiative to educate and involve the legal community in advocating for and implementing reforms to make Philadelphia a more attractive destination for businesses and individuals alike. In 2008, Klyashtorny served as Co-Chair of the Bar Association's City Policy Committee. The City Policy Committee serves as an informal liaison between city government and its bar members to promote the best interest of the legal community.
Klyashtorny also recently completed a two-year term on the Philadelphia Bar Association's Board of Governors, was a member of its Cabinet and served as a voting member on the Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention, investigating and making recommendations regarding the fitness of candidates for the state judiciary.
She received her undergraduate degree from American University and graduated from Temple University School of Law. While in law school, she was an Associate Editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal and authored an article in that journal titled "Ireland's Abortion Law: An Abuse of International Law."
Klyashtorny is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the District Court for the District of New Jersey.
